WHY DO WE USE Airbnb FOR OUR BOOKINGS?

Booking through Airbnb gives full protection to both the host and guest and also, they have a secure and simple payment platform.

 

MINIMUM STAY

Our minimum stay is 4 nights except for from the second week of July through to the end of August when the minimum stay is 7 nights and then the arrival and departure are on Saturdays only.

Our maximum stay is for 28 nights. We do consider long term rentals over 28 nights, please contact us for more details.

 

WHAT ARE THE ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES?

Arrival is not before 16.00pm and departure time is 10.00am.

The team need a clear 5 hours between rentals to be able to get the apartment ready for you and your family to enjoy. For this reason, we ask you to respect these times please.

Please do not ask for an earlier arrival or later departure time. In order to safeguard our staff we cannot allow luggage and bags to be dropped off before 16.00pm or left after 10.00am, pending a later departure time – we hope that you can understand our position.

 

HOW DO I GET ACCESS ON ARRIVAL?

You will be met by a member of our team on the day of arrival. They will hand over keys and give you a general guide to the apartment and complex. Sometimes when the team is unable to meet you due to a late arrival the key will be left in a safety box, and you will be contacted the next day.

 

HOUSE KEEPING DURING YOUR STAY ?

For our guests that are staying for more then 7 nights we can offer a mid-point clean. Our housekeepers do not provide a private ‘maid’ service during your stay but they will change linen and towels for you at mid-point of your stay if you should require this. They will also conduct a general clean, but they are not required to wash up or clean up in cases where the apartment is in a state of untidiness.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED ASSISTANCE DURING MY STAY?

For any issues with the apartment itself, a contact number will be provided in case of any emergency arising.

 

DO YOU CHARGE FOR THE USE OF TRAVEL COT/ CHILDS PUT UP BED/HIGHCHAIR BOOSTER SEAT?

These are available free of charge on request

 

DO I NEED TO HIRE A CAR?

We recommend you hire a car so that you are best able to explore all the attractions that the Algarve has to offer. Lagos is however the terminal stop on the main Algarve east-west train line and links to the most major towns and locations along the Algarve, from Faro, and to Vila Real San Antonio to the east. You will not find the need for a car to get around Lagos itself as all main attractions are in close proximity to the apartment.
